Concentration to aid quietening of the mental chatter of our every day being. Gentle back ground music by Christopher Lloyd Clarke accompanies my voice guiding you into different states of consciousness from gross to subtle. There is no right or wrong way to practice Nidra, just an observation to see where you are in the moment and giving insight to your inner landscape to help support you be aware.
