TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Attendance and participation in all aspects of this retreat is at your own risk and Sue Dawson, Sarah Ward or Holwell do not accept any liability for injury or loss whatsoever. We will be in contact after your booking form is completed and will send you payment details plus health forms, please note places are not held until deposits OR full payment is given and you have received confirmation of that payment. *Deposits are non refundable.* Cancellation policy - deposits or 50% of complete booking if paid in full, are non refundable, Bookings cancelled before 90 days of the event maybe credited towards another event for the originally named party one time only (minus deposit or 50% of complete booking if paid in full, minus admin/ bank charges. Cancellations within 90 days of the retreat will not be refunded or transferred. Please make sure you have your travel or other appropriate insurances in place, for any unforeseen circumstances. Bookings cancelled within 45 days of event will not be refunded nor be transferable. Rooms allocated by the team The food offered is included and maybe subject to change Sessions and timetable may change times, style etc inter alia due to weather and live situations of the group. We pride ourself on care and attention for you to have a wonderful retreat, but ultimately it is your responsibility to show up and create a wonderful energy for you and create a respectful lovely group space. We have the right to remove you from this event if for any reason including if it deems in its own absolute judgment it is appropriate to do so or that your continued presence puts you or others at risk, and no refunds in whole or part will be given.
