NEW COURSE - PILATES: Release, Realign & Reform

When we move, we move from patterns of behaviour, thoughts and emotions. To really support your own unique architecture, we will get a deeper understanding of movement, our body, using our mind to find our depths.

Just subtle changes have dramatic effects, bringing you to feel more, work harder, smarter, more efficiently and for less time and less reps. Adapt and evolve your daily movement and breath to SENSE GREATER PEACE

6 weeks in person at Mortehoe Village Hall

Suitable for ALL levels, Dive deep.

Why, this course?

Relieve

aches and pains, headaches, back problems, hip and knee problems, neck and shoulder issues, hormonal balancing and stress relief.

Release

stiffened joints and tissues, gain more mobility, flexibility and strength.

Realign

good movement, better articulation through joints, balancing muscle effecting and letting go

Strengthen

through better coordination of ALL the systems,

Come away feeling good in your body and clearer in your mind.

55 minutes of mindful movement for deeper connection and awareness, on and off the mat.

A six week course for 10 people to get a deep understanding of how all movement is NOT equal,

understanding the fundamentals,

what alignment really means,

breath to support, strengthen and release

the repertoire ( adaptations and the funadamental, the amount will depend on the class, and is less important than the quality of the work we will do)

what your bodies really need

full body work

using props such as towels, straps, bands, balls and pillows to find better movement for strength, resilience and release

Sessions course £60

You can top up your practice and join the online sessions Wednesday 8:00am and Thursday 9:30am £10 each session.

please note a minimum of 6 people is required to run the course
