  • Hiya Sue, Thank you for this morning's session...believe it or not the tapping turned out to be amazing...not so much at the time but subconsciously it was making me focus my thoughts so that this afternoon when I was out walking on the hill’s things were becoming clearer...and seriously so...Im not joking! I was tuning to my inner resources and wasn't trying to look out there for the answers! My feelings became clearer...it all seemed too simple....and shedding the burden became a must and i centred on thinking about what my thoughts for a best life would be... without being too melodramatic ...shedding lots of superfluous ideas! Breathwork, meditation with the bowls followed by a yin practice of holding a few asanas to deeply release into the connective tissues and holding patterns in our body/mind that causes limitation and restrictions to help find a deeper peace within.

You may be present to all the thoughts, feelings and sensations that arise and invite a sense of curiosity and observation or tune into your breath or sounds/silence

Finally, comfy into a savasana, to be bathed in the sounds of the crystal bowls.
